What is your turnaround time?

We usually send your media “next business morning.” So if you order on Tuesday, you will receive things by Wednesday AM. In busy periods, we may get your photos and media to you later that afternoon. Projects that have more involved video or graphics will take longer. Print Brochures will be delivered within the week after you have approved the digital draft.

Where is Spotlight Media Located?

We are based in Chilliwack, BC and serve Realtors everywhere between Hope to Langley. For work outside of this area, please contact us.

How do I order?

Book online anytime here! That’s the quickest way to get your listing shot. You can also call/text us directly.

What do I need to get ready for the photoshoot?

To best showcase the home, it should be cleaned and tidied prior to our arrival. Check out our Listing Prep Checklist and feel free to pass it on to your clients.

What is the ideal amount of photos to post/how many should I purchase?

We couldn’t find specific data on this in the Fraser Valley. However, in a similar competitive and high priced market in North America, single detached homes sold fastest with 30-35 photos posted to the MLS. Our photo packages fall within this range, and we are always happy to get an extra shot or two for you. You can check out our Shot List here to see what we normally photograph in a home.

How do I receive my order?

We will send you an email with a direct link to your order. You can log in, pay your invoice, and view all your past orders in one spot.
